Allison Pico, CPA/CFO, is experienced working with start-ups to global expansion and interfacing with C-Level executives, attorneys, CPAs and bankers.   She has a proven track record leading the financial success of the business with technical expertise in software selection and implementation, establishing financial metrics, budgeting and forecasting and cash-flow analysis.

Allison has spent her entire career working as a finance professional in the San Diego area including sixteen years as the CFO for the Ken Blanchard Companies.  She holds an active CPA license as well as an MBA with Information Systems emphasis and a Master of Science Degree in Executive Leadership.  She has served as the treasurer for OFNO since 2014 and handles the accounting and tax return preparation for the nonprofit.

Residing in Carlsbad, California, Allison has been a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church since 2000. She is an avid tennis fan.
